What do you need from me to get started?
The tender documents as issued — the invitation, drawings, specification, bill of quantities and returnables list — plus the closing date. Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.
Can you attend the compulsory site briefing?
Yes. Site briefing attendance is part of our tendering service, so clarifications are captured before pricing starts.
Do you price the bill of quantities?
Yes. We measure and price BoQs, and check client-issued bills for arithmetic errors and omissions before they go in.
Which documents can you prepare for the submission?
Tender schedules, method statements, quality control and quality management plans, health & safety policies and files, project organograms and programmes — and we fill in and compile the tender documents themselves.
What software do you use for programmes?
We build project schedules in MS Project (MSP) and Primavera.
How quickly can you turn a tender around?
